The space
This private apt is on the 1st floor of a 3 family historical victorian home that was built in 1896. We are walking distance to Brown University and Rhode Island School of Design. It's a perfect place to stay when visiting Providence. We are in a beautiful pedestrian neighborhood, on the East Side. You will be in walking distance to great restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores and India Point Park.

Guest have access to the living room, the library, eat in kitchen, guest room and bath, porch and washer and dryer in the basement.

The host is always a phone call or text away to help with anything you may need.

Historical college town, walk to Wickenden Street for many restaurants and bars, at the end of East St you will find India Point Park a great place for a picnic or a walk (right on the water)
