The space

Wood-burning stove, clawfoot tub, central air conditioning and in-unit laundry are amongst the amenities in this lovingly renovated home.

For those with mobility issues, please note that the bathroom is located on the homes main level with bedrooms upstairs. Tub/shower is a clawfoot tub. Property access is currently from the road to the back door, which is down a slight slope.

The home does not have a television. It does, however, feature a projector with Firestick for streaming.

Guests will have private access to the entire property.

Other things to note

Exterior home renovations will not be fully completed until summer 2023. Current exterior amenities include solo stove fire pit, outdoor bistro table, and charcoal grill. Future improvements for summer 2023 will include a two level porch off the front of the house and privacy fence. Current parking is free on street parking. Construction will not be active during booking periods.
