SRCI Group Facilitates Purchase of Edgewood $1,250,000 Historic Property Package



Cranston, R.I. (June 23, 2017) – Steele Realty Consultants International (SRCI Group) is proud to have participated in a $1,250,000 historic property package sale, with SRCI Group Sales Associate, Shamila Ahmed representing the buyers. Ed Kazarian of Patriot Realty represented the Sellers.


Located within the Edgewood Historic District, the three property package included the George H. Flint House at 79 Shaw Ave., the Emma L. Flint House at 1301 Narragansett Blvd., and 56 Columbia Ave. All three properties exhibit notable architectural period detail.


George H. Flint, a well-regarded local business owner in the early 1900’s, was one of the petitioners to the State to declare a city charter for the then town of Cranston in 1909.
